Network Services and Support are in charge of providing various systems services to Washington University. We administer E-Mail spam filters for incoming mail, as well as E-Mail routing, by way of Ironport appliances. We also provide You do not have access to view this node services via QIP appliances. RADIUS authentication is handled by a cluster of FreeRADIUS machines.

We also manage a Bradford system for controlling switchports on the South 40 Residential Networking. Email Distribution Lists are provided by the Mailman software, and are available to students and staff. NSS also runs a cluster of Unix Hosting Machines, for hosting websites and databases. We host a Web Streaming Cluster, to provide streaming video for events, such as Commencement. Open Mail Relays are also available for staff, students, and faculty to use for sending email.
