Network Services and Support are in charge of providing various systems and services to Washington University.   Below is a small example of these services.

• E-Mail spam filters for incoming mail, as well as E-Mail routing, by way of Ironport appliances
• You do not have access to view this node DNS, DHCP, and IP Management via QIP appliances.
• RADIUS authentication is handled by a cluster of FreeRADIUS machines.
• The Bradford Campus Manager system for controlling switchports on the South 40 Residential Networking.
• Mailing lists are provided by the Mailman software, and are available to students and staff.
• Unix Web Hosting, for hosting websites and databases.
• Flash Media Streaming Server Cluster, to provide streaming video for events, such as the WUSTL commencement ceremony.
• Public mail relay servers are also available for staff, students, and faculty to use for sending email.
