Network Services and Support are in charge of providing various systems and services to Washington University. Below is a small example of these services.

E-Mail spam filters for incoming mail, as well as E-Mail routing, by way of Ironport appliances

RADIUS authentication is handled by a cluster of FreeRADIUS machines.

The Bradford Campus Manager system for controlling switchports on the South 40 Residential Networking.

Mailing lists are provided by the Mailman software, and are available to students and staff.

Unix Web Hosting, for hosting websites and databases.

Flash Media Streaming Server Cluster, to provide streaming video for events, such as the WUSTL commencement ceremony.

Public mail relay servers are also available for staff, students, and faculty to use for sending email.
